Our Team

The Pre-School has a team of friendly,

dedicated and experienced childcare professionals.

Staff at Rainbow Pre-School are committed to helping your child reach their full potential by using our keyworker system. On entry each family will be assigned a key person who will build a relationship with you and your child, ensuring that each child's learning and care is tailored to their individual needs. Our Early years Practitioners are qualified to a Level 3, evidence shows that highly trained practitioners make the most difference to outcomes for young children in early years settings.

In addition our staff:

• Undergo thorough enhanced DBS checks
• Attend Safeguarding Children training
• Hold current Paediatric First Aid Certificates
• Hold valid Food Hygiene Certificates.

Our Pre-school staff are encouraged and supported to continue their professional development and keep up to date with current research and best practice within the Early Years sector. 

Caron Rhodes = Manager

Dawn Drummond = Deputy Manager

Petal Rhodes = Early Years Practitioner

Hannah Drummond = Early Years Apprentice

Our Maintenance Manager is Mr Balls who is employed by Ealing and Hanwell District Scouts to carry out essential maintenace jobs as required. Mr Balls holds a current enhanced DBS certificate
