Who are the play leaders

Rainbow Pre-School employs five members of staff, including one Manager, a Deputy Manager and three Playleaders, who are responsible for the children's daily activities. They hold regular meetings to discuss and plan the activities and weekly themes with great dedication.

It is Rainbow's policy to have well trained playleaders and ongoing training and updating is available for all playleaders. All playleaders have first aid training and Epipen.

We also have a trained Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) on our team. Several members of staff have Child Protection certificates, speech and language training, and Health and Safety Certificates, to name but a few.
