Events

We put up information sheets on our notice board in the window detailing the theme for the term and events, this is to let you know what's happening and enable parents to discuss/expand on the learning at home. A newsletter is sent out to parents at the start of each term to keep parents informed of forthcoming events and activities.

Birthdays

We celebrate children's birthdays at Rainbow with "pretend" cake and candles. If you wish you may bring in some small sweets for your child to share with the other children at the end of the session.

September

Each September the A.G.M. is held and the outgoing committee accounts to the parents for the last years activities. The new committee is then elected. This is open for any of the parents to join the committee. The committee seeks to ensure the sooth and efficient running of the Pre-School and to ensure sufficient monies are available through fundraising events.

The Christmas Bazaar  

This is the main fundraising event of the year, where all parents are welcome to get involved in making craft items, etc.

 Other events

Sponsored events and fun days are held throughout the year, in addition to seasonal events such as the Easter egg hunt and Nativity play. End of term BBQ is held at the end of July when most of the children leave.
